I love the memories that I hold dear of my Mamaw Shirley. She and I were so close. I remember making candy and biscuits in her kitchen. I would always go to her house, especially when I was sick. She would fix me boiled potatoes for me to eat. I love her dearly. She now suffers from alzheimers and dementia. It is so sad to see her now but I cling to the memories of when her mind was strong.

The teacup shelf is beautiful and what a lovely memoir of Mema. She and I share something in common. I was born on March 29th also! Except I was born in 1962. :)
