He is the last pup remaining...
I will be sad to see him go.
I have worked with him daily since his littermates left. He was terribly uncertain of the leash and the first walk we took him on. He stayed right beside Sadie and was a bit confused by it all.
But he got the hang of it pretty quick.
He has grown into a handsome fellow... ;0)
Here is he only a few hours old.
He arrived backend first and I noticed his funny markings immediately. :)
He will make a good dog. He does well with the children. He had to learn how not to pummel Darcy like she was a littermate. He no longer nibbles her ears at his leisure. He has done his potty business outside since he was able to walk. He is still learning to ring the bell on the back door to let us know he needs out. He is currently learning how not to jump when he is excited to see us. He sleeps all night in his kennel from 10 p.m. until around 6 a.m. And he does love his kennel...I leave the door open and that is where he lays to nap.
Sadie and Mr. Huckleberry.
